My ranking for "health plus super colon cleanse" has also made it to first page and increased from #10 to #8 recently after I added some bookmarks and internal linking to it.

Bookmark spamming has taken its toll on me, even though I varied the title and description for colon cleanse home remedy, but I guess Google is smarter than that.

SENuke logins to the 30 sites and bookmarks my 5 pages automatically...

That's a total of 150 inbound links to my sites literally with a few click of the house (although I spent the entire afternoon creating the social bookmarking accounts)
